Notes on AI engineering, agent harnesses and evaluation
An agent is a while-loop around a model. Nobody teaches you how to design that loop, and it is exactly where agents quietly burn money or stall short of done.

Working with Usman at DevSinc was truly exceptional. As his team lead, I was consistently impressed by his growth mindset - he doesn't just learn new skills, but seeks out the best practices in any technology he works with, a rare quality among developers. His attention to detail speaks for itself in his work, and what stands out most is how he solves complex problems with minimal guidance. This natural problem-solving ability has allowed him to master multiple tech stacks across web, mobile, frontend and backend development in just a few years. Any team would be fortunate to have Usman's talent and dedication.
